Introduction to Macro Teaching

by GuruJi | Oct 30, 2013

Son the Micro teaching style, focus is to teach within a small group of students, giving each individual within the group a chance to practice a concept or skill. Teaching a small group size allows for better one-on-one interaction between the students and the teacher. On the other hand, in Macro teaching a teacher teaches a large group of people. This style is utilized in the large lecture halls often seen on degree college campuses, and large training institutes. Some executive MBA institutes also follow this practice as it enables to teach large number of students at a time. Although there is less one-on-one interaction with this teaching style, a larger amount of material is often covered because this teaching style does not utilize repetitive skill practice.

If you don't stand for something, you will fall for everything. Run brightly without burning out. Nothing happens... but first a dream. It is one of the most beautiful compensations of life...that no one can sincerely try to help another without helping himself. Some times in the winds of change we find our true direction. Throw your heart over the fence and rest will follow. Courage doesn't always roar, sometimes it is a quiet voice at the end of the day, saying... I will try tomorrow. Laughter is an instant vacation. The best sermons are lived, not preached. The only things that stand between a person and that they want in life are the will to try it and the faith to believe that it is possible. Enjoy the little things for one day, you may look back and you may realize they are big things. It's choice - not chance - that determines your destiny. To love and to be loved is to feel the sun from both sides. Keep your face to the sun shine and you will not see the shadows. Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless. Even if you are on the right track you'll get run over if you just sit there. Joy is a light that fills you with hope & love. Find your joy and share others.
